With 12 years of professional salon, set and editorial make-up application expertise, the Glam By Cham brand name is synonymous with flawless long lasting beauty and the highest end of makeup brushes and products.

Cham curates beauty industry concepts that cater to the comfort and needs of her consumer such as The Glam Lounge Makeup Studio, a well designed, comfortable, and glamorous makeup application studio serving beauty and “beats” in her hometown of Dallas, TX. And her latest creation, The Glamour School, a virtual makeup school designed to bring easily accessible makeup industry curriculum and techniques to EVERYONE. TGS was created to allow anyone who loves makeup and the art of beauty an opportunity to grow their skillset, techniques and business mind set. Cham is passionate about teaching and mentoring others. She has a way of simplifying makeup applications through her signature Glam by Cham process.

As a mother of 3, business owner and beauty expert Cham is able to offer a personal and relatable approach to both her business and customers; one that is centered on her love for helping others. Being a mom has been the greatest asset in helping me grow as an entrepreneur. It has taught me to have grace for myself, how to be compassionate, and to see the beauty in all the lessons life has to offer. I want to help others find their own comfortableness in wearing or applying makeup regardless of age, skin tone or skill set. My kids Baylen, Bailee and Chloee are my everything and my reason for continuing this journey.
